Mr. Brainard brings almost 20 years experience in the public markets. From 1989 to 1991 he was with Lehman Brothers where he then went to Merrill Lynch until 1994. Here he specialized in restricted securities for Corporate Officers of publicly traded companies, ESOPS, and other various stock option plans. From 1994 to 1998 Mr. Brainard was with Griffin Tech Partners in New York. Here he assisted with the firm’s client’s needs, ranging from financing, public relations with institutions and brokers, to listings on the AMEX and NASDAQ exchanges. From 1998 to present, Mr. Brainard has been involved in assisting the financing of companies ranging from Fiber Optics, Wireless Connectivity, Fiber Optic Cabling, Media Advertising, and other start up and post start up companies.
